Every other platform leaves nutrition up to you. We include a Registered Dietitian in every membership — because medication helps you lose it, and nutrition helps you keep it off.
See if I qualifyWe know this can be a tough space to navigate. Here are some of the common questions we get. If you need more help you can always reach out to us directly.
Yes. Cancel any time, no fees, no questions. Cancel from your member portal in two clicks, or message your care team. Your membership ends at the close of your current billing cycle — and any remaining sessions you've already paid for are still yours to use.
Most members book their consult within 24–48 hours of finishing the eligibility quiz. Same-day slots are often available depending on your state and clinician schedule. After your consult, if you're approved, your prescription is typically sent to your pharmacy the same day.
We have licensed clinicians in all 50 states and DC. Some medications have state-by-state availability rules — your clinician will confirm what's available in your state during your consult.
We can take over your care — bring your most recent labs and prescription details to your consult, and your clinician will continue your treatment without making you restart. The big upgrade is the monthly RD session built into your membership, which most other GLP-1 platforms don't include.
Most common: nausea, mild GI changes (constipation or loose stools), fatigue, and reduced appetite — these usually appear in the first 2–4 weeks and ease as your body adjusts. Your clinician starts you on a low dose and titrates up slowly to minimize these effects. Serious side effects are rare but include pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, and severe dehydration — your monthly clinician check-in is specifically designed to catch any of these early.
It's a real human, every month. Apps give you tracking and content. Top Nutrition gives you a 30-minute live session with a credentialed Registered Dietitian who knows your case, has reviewed your medication, and builds a nutrition plan around it. Studies show that medication + behavioral nutrition support dramatically outperforms medication alone for keeping the weight off — and most platforms skip the dietitian entirely.
Honest answer: GLP-1s work as long as you take them. When you stop, hunger and metabolic signaling typically return to baseline — and many people regain weight without strong nutrition habits in place. That's exactly why we include monthly RD support. The goal is to use the medication to lose the weight while building the eating and movement patterns that let you maintain the loss with a lower dose, or eventually off the medication entirely. Your clinician will guide that timeline.
HRT is most commonly prescribed for women in perimenopause and menopause (typically 40s–50s) experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, vaginal dryness, or low libido. Men with clinically low testosterone may be candidates for testosterone replacement. Your clinician will evaluate your symptoms, age, family history, and any contraindications (breast/uterine cancer history, blood clot risk, untreated cardiovascular disease) before prescribing.
Medication is billed separately from your $149/month membership and varies based on what's prescribed and your pharmacy. Brand-name GLP-1s (Wegovy, Zepbound) typically run $200–$1,300/month without insurance, depending on dosage and pharmacy. Many members reduce that significantly with insurance coverage or manufacturer savings programs. Your clinician will walk through pricing options at your consult so there's no surprise.
The $149/month membership is cash-pay. After each visit we send a superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — many members are reimbursed 40–70%. Medication may be covered by insurance separately if your plan includes weight loss or HRT benefits. Your clinician can write the prescription to maximize the chance your insurance picks it up.
Three steps:
(1) Take the 3-minute eligibility quiz so we can match you with the right clinician.
(2) Book a 30-minute video consult — held by a licensed clinician — for $49 (refunded if you're not a candidate).
(3) If you qualify, you become a member at $149/month, which includes a monthly clinician check-in and a 30-minute live session with a Registered Dietitian. Medication is billed separately.
Generally, adults with a BMI of 27+ with at least one weight-related condition (high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, PCOS), or a BMI of 30+ regardless of other conditions. Your clinician will confirm eligibility based on your full health history during your consult — there are situations (history of medullary thyroid cancer, MEN2, pancreatitis, severe GI conditions, pregnancy/breastfeeding) where GLP-1s are not appropriate.
GLP-1s and dual agonist: semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda). Non-GLP-1 weight loss: bupropion-naltrexone (Contrave), phentermine, metformin (off-label). HRT: estradiol (oral, patch, gel), progesterone, testosterone (where clinically indicated). Your clinician chooses based on what's safe and effective for your specific profile — not a one-size-fits-all script.
Still have questions? Your 30-minute consult is built for this. Bring every question — your clinician will go through all of it before you commit to anything.
