I’m a Registered Dietitian and integrative & functional women’s health specialist with a background in both clinical nutrition and holistic wellness. I help individuals resolve fatigue, hormone and thyroid challenges, gut issues, and stubborn metabolic concerns through personalized, root-cause nutrition care. My approach combines evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with lifestyle, stress, sleep, and nervous system support so clients understand why they feel the way they do and what to do about it. I’ve spent years translating complex science into clear, practical strategies that fit real lives, families, and demanding careers.
