My coaching style

I am a firm believer of Hippocrates line of thinking, “let food be thy medicine”. What we fuel with and when we fuel can make a huge difference in how our body performs in every sense of the word (athletically and general health). I look forward to not only showing you the tools that will help you climb your personal performance peak but also teaching you the science as to why. I create custom menu plans centered on balanced whole food nutrition and provide personalized lifestyle coaching to help each individual achieve their unique health, fitness, and performance goals in a healthy, science-based, and sustainable manner.

Client testimonials

Hear what our clients have to say about working with

Kim Mueller
I always used to worry about staying lean and fit at racing weight throughout the season; it wasn’t easy nor was my performance optimal. Kim listened to my needs and my limitations (I work full time and fit running around that) and she gave me a systematic and practical daily and race nutrition plan that gave me results. After working with Kim, my marathon time went from 2’23” to 2’18” over the course of a year - it looks like just a couple of minutes but at this level, a minute is an enormous difference!

I instantly felt like I was in the right hands upon first speaking with Kim. Aside from her impressive athletic resume, Kim knows her stuff and her thorough nutrition evaluation and applications with a custom daily menu and detailed race nutrition plan puts you on the right path. Following her nutrition plan, I was able to arrive at a lean racing weight, while still maintaining my strength and energy AND her detailed race day performance fueling schedule, including a carbohydrate loading menu and actual timed consumption of my nutrition pre-race, during each leg of my race, and post-race, eliminated the GI issues that had plagued me for the bulk of my athletic career and lead me to huge PRs in both 70.3 and Ironman triathlon including a qualification to the World Champs. Thank you Kim for helping me finally nail my nutrition!
