Since working with Jenny our extremely picky 3 year old has gone from eating almost nothing to having a full rotation of approved meals, and she continues to make progress trying new foods. Jenny helps not only with strategies to introduce foods but also provides coaching on things like meal planning, blending “kid” and “adult” meals to eat as a family, and overall making mealtimes way less stressful. Jenny takes the time to understand our family and makes sure her recommendations are realistic and actually work around our routine like work, daycare, travel, extended family, etc. which is key to giving us confidence to put the strategies into practice!
