I have an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. I specialize in working with clients living with diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, and renal failure in addition to overall health and wellness, weight management, prenatal and post-partum and infant nutrition. A Master of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology, Crystal is also a certified Pediatric Nutrition Specialist. These accreditations make her an ideal fit for new and expecting mothers.
Dana’s nearly 20-year career as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist has revolved around Pediatrics. Her specializations include Prenatal and Postnatal Nutrition, spending 19 years in these spaces. With a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, Dana provides expert guidance to help parents and family members fully grasp the early lifecycle stages.
With a resume consisting of 4 years in Prenatal and Postpartum Nutrition and 3 years in Pediatrics, Hande is uniquely tailored to help new and expecting mothers. On top of earning 2 separate Bachelor of Sciences, Hande earned her Master of Science in Human Nutrition and completed a Dietetic Internship through Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Outside of focusing on sports, Jordan has developed a passion for helping soon-to-be, and new moms find their nutritional footing. As a Registered Dietitian, Jordan’s 5-plus years in health and wellness involve 2 years immersed in Prenatal and Postpartum Nutrition. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Dietetics from Oregon Health & Science.
Karin’s 20-plus years as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist includes accreditations that make her an ideal fit for Prenatal and Postpartum clients. Specifically, she has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Nutrition Education. Karin is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. These qualifications allow Karin to approach Prenatal and Postnatal clients empathetically and mindfully.
