My coaching style
Nutrition should not be a “one size fits all” approach. I believe that an individual approach to nutrition and exercise can be the best prescription. I work to connect with each one of my clients, focusing on reaching their health and wellness goals and I understand the frustration that often comes from lack of results with mainstream medicine. I work hard to think outside of the box to get my patients the results they desire.I believe that nourishing our bodies should always bring us joy! I personally feel that no food is “off limits,” and believe that all foods have a place in a balanced, nutritious diet. I practice nutrition through helping you make small, sustainable, realistic changes to your eating and movement patterns to help you achieve your goals. A small change can make a tremendous difference!
There are 4 pillars to health and wellness. These are nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. If one is out of balance, the whole thing could crumble.
