I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with over 7 years of counseling experience. I have a bachelor’s of science in dietetics and am a licensed and registered dietitian, an ACE certified personal trainer and sports performance coach, and a Revo2lution Run coach. I specialize in working with clients who have celiac disease, IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s, Colitis and other subsets of IBD, gastroparesis, food allergies and sensitivities, women’s health/hormone health, and sports nutrition and those looking to optimize their health through the power of nutrition and exercise.

My coaching style

Nutrition should not be a “one size fits all” approach. I believe that an individual approach to nutrition and exercise can be the best prescription. I work to connect with each one of my clients, focusing on reaching their health and wellness goals and I understand the frustration that often comes from lack of results with mainstream medicine. I work hard to think outside of the box to get my patients the results they desire.I believe that nourishing our bodies should always bring us joy! I personally feel that no food is “off limits,” and believe that all foods have a place in a balanced, nutritious diet. I practice nutrition through helping you make small, sustainable, realistic changes to your eating and movement patterns to help you achieve your goals. A small change can make a tremendous difference!
